My name is Allen Sikara. I am an osteopathic manual therapist and sports therapist. I graduated from Staffordshire University, College of Osteopaths with a Bachelors in Osteopathy (Hons). I am passionate about bridging the gap between traditional mainstream medical treatments and holistic interventions such as osteopathy, sports massage and acupuncture.
